1. About Us
Review Hydra (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a UK-based marketing automation and review management service currently operated as a sole trader business.
2. Services
Review Hydra provides services including but not limited to:
Review request automation
SMS review campaigns
AI-generated review replies
Google review reactivation campaigns
Customer communication automations
CRM workflow setup and management
Services may evolve or change over time.
3. Free Trials
We may offer a 14-day free trial for certain services.
At the end of the trial period, billing may begin automatically unless cancelled before the trial expires.
We reserve the right to modify, limit, or remove free trial offers at any time.
4. Payments & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Some services may require:
One-time setup fees
Review reactivation fees
Additional usage-based charges
Clients authorize Review Hydra to charge the payment method provided for all agreed services.
Failure to pay invoices or subscription charges may result in:
Suspension of services
Restricted account access
Termination of services
Accounts with overdue balances may be suspended automatically after failed payment attempts.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, setup fees, onboarding fees, and completed service work are non-refundable.
6. Cancellation
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or other approved communication channels.
Cancelling a subscription does not entitle the client to refunds for previous billing periods or completed setup work.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree that they:
Own or have lawful permission to use uploaded customer data
Have obtained proper consent for SMS and email communications
Comply with GDPR, PECR, TCPA, and all applicable laws
Will not use Review Hydra for spam, unlawful marketing, harassment, or fraudulent activity
Will not request fake or misleading reviews
Clients are solely responsible for the legality of customer data uploaded to the platform.
8. Prohibited Uses
Clients may not use Review Hydra to:
Send spam or unsolicited messages
Submit fake reviews
Incentivize dishonest reviews
Scrape or upload unlawfully obtained data
Violate platform policies or laws
Conduct fraudulent or abusive activity
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately for violations.
9. No Guarantees
Review Hydra does not guarantee:
Specific review counts
Google rankings
Business growth
Revenue increases
Lead generation outcomes
Review approval or visibility by Google
Results vary depending on industry, customer response rates, competition, Google algorithms, and other external factors.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Review Hydra shall not be liable for:
Lost profits
Lost revenue
Business interruption
Google Business Profile suspensions
Filtered or removed reviews
Third-party platform issues
Indirect or consequential damages
All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Review Hydra’s maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the previous 30 days.
11. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may integrate with third-party services including:
Google Business Profile
GoHighLevel
SMS providers
Email providers
CRM systems
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, suspensions, or actions taken by third-party platforms.
12. Intellectual Property
All software, workflows, systems, automations, branding, templates, and materials created by Review Hydra remain the intellectual property of Review Hydra unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may not copy, resell, redistribute, or reproduce proprietary systems without permission.
13. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for:
Non-payment
Abuse
Spam complaints
Illegal activity
Violation of these Terms
Activity that risks platform reputation or compliance
Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary.
14. Data & Privacy
Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Clients remain responsible for ensuring lawful collection and use of customer information.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
